Things have changed a bit over here... this isn't really the club project, but just an assembly of the parts bikes that we picked up. It was a study in seeing if the old extra engine would run. And it does. A lasting tribute to the bulletproof nature of an Italian two stroke motor.
So when we actually find the time to get
the "real" project bike going... at least we know that one engine
is good.
The "real" project bike engine is still split, and it looks like we need a new crank and con rod. It will have to be on hold until we can scrounge up some cash... and we stop spending all our time at west coast rallies.
